A dance by the 15th Century composer Guglielmo Ebreo da Pesaro, a fascinating Jewish Italian dancing master. He later converted and changed his name to Giovanni Ambrosio and his music can have either name as author. His instruction manual focused on the dancing and the musical examples are very simplistic, leaving much of the interpretation to the performer. The main dance is followed by a Saltarello and Piva using the same chord patterns in different rhythms

Good stuff! How is the tuning of your medieval lute? Can this also be played on a Renaissance lute?
It's tuned in viel ton so the same as the upper 5 courses of a Renaissance lute. You could play it easily with the extra low G string
